b. GGS Hub App - Account Information (Firebase Authentication)
When you create an account within the GGS Hub mobile app using email/password or Google Sign-In, we store:
- Email address
- Encrypted authentication credentials (handled securely by Firebase)
- Unique user ID (UID)
- Nickname (display name) that you choose
Passwords are never stored in plain text and are fully managed by Firebase Authentication.
c. GGS Coins & Challenge Progress
To operate our rewards system, we store:
- Your GGS Coin balance
- Challenge completion status (to prevent duplicate claiming)
- Challenge progress (e.g., playtime today, games played today)
This data is used solely to reward you for completing daily, weekly, and special challenges.
d. Game Scores & Leaderboards
When you play mini-games within the GGS Hub app, we may store:
- Your score for each game
- Timestamp of your best performance
- Your nickname as displayed on leaderboards
- Your unique user ID to associate scores with your account
Leaderboard data is visible to other users to foster friendly competition.
e. Push Notification Tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
With your permission, we collect a unique device token to send push notifications for:
- Daily challenge reminders
- Reward claim confirmations
- Important app updates and announcements
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings without affecting core app functionality.
f. Testing and QA
Users may participate in testing phases (public or private) as part of early releases. We may monitor gameplay behavior and interactions to improve game balance and performance.
Platform-provided identifiers (such as usernames or account IDs) may be used during these processes for moderation or debugging purposes.
g. Moderation and Bans
If a user violates community or platform rules, ban or moderation data may be stored. This may include timestamps, offense type, and actions taken.
Moderation-related data may be retained under our legitimate interest in maintaining safe and fair community environments. In some cases, moderation data may be shared with the relevant platform provider.
h. Contacting Us (Support or "Message Us")
If you voluntarily contact us through a support form, email, or "Message Us" feature on our website or services, we may temporarily store your email address and message content for the sole purpose of:

5. Use of Data

- Operating the Rewards system (coins, challenges, leaderboards)

- Preventing abuse of our rewards system (e.g., duplicate claims)
- Displaying personalized leaderboards
- Fixing bugs and preventing exploits
- Moderating communities and enforcing rules
- Maintaining fair play and service integrity
- Analyzing technical trends for development
- Ensuring compliance with platform terms
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data under any circumstances.
6. Data Retention
Gameplay, testing, demo usage, and moderation-related data may be stored for up to 12 months unless required for:
- Ongoing moderation
- Security investigations
- Technical analysis or service improvement
Support communications are deleted once the related issue has been resolved.
Additional retention for app features:
- User accounts: Until you request deletion
- Challenge completion data: Retained for historical leaderboard integrity
- Push tokens: Deleted when you log out or uninstall the app
- Score data: Retained as part of permanent leaderboards

8. Age Requirements (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)
Our services are designed for users aged 13 and above. We strictly enforce age verification to comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR requirements.
a. Age Verification During Registration
When creating an account, we require you to provide your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format. This information is used solely to verify that you are at least 13 years old, comply with legal age restrictions, and block account creation for users under 13.
b. Data Stored
Upon successful registration, we store in Firebase Firestore:
- Your date of birth (encrypted, accessible only to you and administrators)
- Your calculated age at registration
- A timestamp of when you provided age consent
- COPPA compliance flag (boolean) and GDPR consent flag
These fields are stored as dateOfBirth, age, gdprConsent, and coppaCompliant.
c. Google Sign-In
If you register using Google Sign-In, you are still required to provide your date of birth during first-time setup if not already stored. We do not automatically retrieve age information from Google.
d. What We Do NOT Store
We do not share your date of birth with third parties, use your age for marketing or profiling, or store birth dates of users who fail age verification (they are rejected immediately).
e. Underage Users
If we discover that a user under 13 has created an account, we will immediately suspend the account, delete all associated data (coins, scores, challenge progress), and notify the parent/guardian if contact information is available. Parents or guardians may request deletion by contacting us.
f. European Users (GDPR)
For users in the European Union, age verification is required under Article 8 of the GDPR. We do not process personal data of children under 13 without parental consent.
9. User Rights and Requests
Users may request access to or deletion of specific data linked to their activity (e.g., usernames, moderation logs, support messages). Requests must include proof of identity and will be handled within 30 days, where applicable.
Upon account deletion, all associated data (coins, scores, challenge progress) will be permanently removed.
10. External Links
Our services may contain links to external websites, stores, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external services.
11. Payments and In-Game Purchases
Some of our games and apps may include paid features such as:
- Full game purchases
- In-game or in-app purchases (virtual currency, passes, cosmetics)
- Donation-based perks (e.g., Discord features)
a. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by third-party platforms. We do not store or process billing data (such as credit card or banking information).
b. Virtual Goods & Refunds
Virtual items and currency are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise. Abuse of payment systems may result in bans or restricted access.
c. Testing/Promo Access
Some players may receive early or free access to premium content during tests or events. We reserve the right to remove or modify this content at any time without prior notice or compensation.
12. Virtual Currency (GGS Coins)
a. Earning Coins
GGS Coins are earned through completing challenges and are not purchasable with real money. Coins are awarded for:
- Daily login
- Completing daily/weekly/special challenges
- Achieving high scores
b. Non-Monetary Value
GGS Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other currency, transferred between accounts, or refunded.
c. Coin Balance
Your coin balance is stored securely and may be viewed in your profile. We reserve the right to adjust balances in case of errors or abuse.
d. Account Termination
Upon account deletion, all associated coins and challenge progress are permanently removed.
13. Push Notifications
With your consent, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send:
- Daily challenge reminders
- Reward claim confirmations
- Important app updates
You can opt out at any time by disabling notifications in your device settings or signing out of your account. We do not share your FCM token with third parties for marketing purposes.
14. Advertising (AdMob)
Our app may display interstitial advertisements using Google AdMob. Ads are requested with non-personalized ad settings where possible. Google's privacy policy applies to any data collected through advertisements.
15. Play & Demos
Some of our services may include browser-based or downloadable Play & Demo experiences for testing or preview purposes.
During use of these features:
- Temporary gameplay progress may be stored locally on the user's device
- Session-based technical data may be processed for performance monitoring
- Platform-provided usernames or identifiers may be used for moderation or debugging in multiplayer or connected environments
Play & Demo experiences are provided for preview or testing purposes only and may:
- Differ from final game versions
- Be modified or removed without prior notice
